Welcome to JN Permanent Makeup! JNPMU was founded by Jennifer Nguyen in 2018 with the mission to create custom-tailored natural and modern permanent cosmetic tattoos and provide beauty services that empower our guests to embrace their unique beauty, enhance their features, and boost their self-confidence.

Here at JNPMU, we specialize in 3D eyebrow nano hairstrokes/microblading, ombre powder eyebrows, shaded eyeliner, lip blush, scar and stretch mark camouflaging, and semi-permanent beauty enhancements such as brow lamination and lash lifting. We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where clients feel comfortable expressing their beauty aspirations. What exactly is

PERMANENT MAKEUP

Permanent makeup, traditionally known as micro-pigmentation or permanent cosmetic tattooing, is the implantation of pigment in the second top layer of the skin using specially-made fine micro-needles to create perfectly shaped eyebrows, eyeliner, and lip enhancements.

Using advanced and modern techniques such as microblading and powder shading, we are able to create naturally beautiful looks fully customized for each client’s unique face and personal preferences.

She was able to turn my skinny mis-shaped brows into a full natural looking brow with the microblading technique and some shading.They are perfect.
